Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Garments

  Place the unwashed and unworn clothing, with original tags still attached, into the original shipping bag or a secure box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
